INTERNATIONAL-

2. Any custom charges or VAT has to be borne by the customer
3. Our delivery partner is DTDC for international parcels.
4. From 1st July 2021, VAT would be applicable on all shipments delivered in EU. The duty and VAT has to be borne by the customers. 
5. Orders are delivered within 10-15 working days after dispatch. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product description for the duration to dispatch. 
6. Our normal dispatch duration is 5 to 7 working days for overseas orders
7. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at support@tiethebun.com within 2 hours, of placing order, you may reach us on whatsapp at +91 99957 22273
8. Cancellation and refunds are not accepted as all our outfits are made to order and once order received.
9. Inclusion of products may have impact on the shipping charges if included after placing an order as all our shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and measurement.
