How to order ?

You can add your favorite products to the cart and proceed to checkout and make payment. We have secured payment gateway integrated. Alternatively, you can also whatsapp us at +91 99957 22273 with the screenshot of the products to place an order. 

I want to do online transfer / gpay/ phonepe, can I ?

How long will you take to ship an order?

Our normal dispatch duration is 5-7 working days. 

Can you ship my order early?

If you may need an order to be dispatched quickly, please whatsapp us at +91 99957 22273 and check for the possibility prior placing an order.

What fabrics do you use?

Majority of our outfits are made of pure cotton and handblock printed and mul cotton, we also have our co ords collections in pure rayon. Please refer the product description for complete information on respective products. 

Will the fabrics bleed?

Very few of our fabrics are naturally dyed / dabu printed, slight bleeding will be there, the same will be mentioned on the product description and if you follow the care instructions mentioned (refer product description) there will not be any issue. 

Does your website accept international payments?

Currently our website do not accept international payments, however, we accept xoom transfer, online transfer, ria transfer. we do not accept paypal. For overseas order, please reach out to us at +91 99957 22273.

What is the return, refund & replacement / exchange policy?

We will make sure not to have any disappointments on our end, but still, there are certain things that cannot be avoided. We have listed our T & C`s, Please feel free to ask any queries anytime. 

All the damage or exchange are to be contacted only through email support@tiethebun.com with pictures and videos 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will need an unboxing video from the beginning in case of damage/issues on the same day of receiving the product.

If there is damage from our end, the product will be taken back without any questions asked

In this case, we request you to send back the product you received in unused condition and in original packing with all the freebies/attachments that you received within 7 days. We will bear the return charges up to 100rs from our end. The same will be paid to you via online transfer or google pay upon receiving the return. 

Exchanges

Exchange accepted only if you receive incorrect size. We request you to take a look on your sizes by seeing our size chart before purchasing a product.

If you find your size is different after receiving the product from what you have ordered, In this case, return parcel charges are to be borne by you and upon receiving the product in proper condition, the correct size will be sent. Courier charges are applicable. 

Note: Product should be received in unused condition and in original packing with all the attachments/freebies if any within 5 days. 

For example, if you receive the parcel from us on the 1st of December - The return should be received by us on or before the 6th of December. Failing to send or if we receive it later, the return will not be accepted from our end. It will be sent back to you. 

If you receive an incorrect size from our end, we will pay up to 100rs for the return parcel and upon receiving the return within 7 days, we will ship the original product


Refunds

We have a strict NO REFUND policy. If you may wish to return a product for any reason, the order value will be transferred to a coupon code with 30 days of validity, no refund will be provided.

Natural Dye : 

Please make a note if you have bought garments made out of naturally dyed, they will bleed for the first few washes, please make a note that this reason is not accepted for an exchange, returns, or refunds. We have mentioned the complete details of the product in the description, please kindly go through it before buying to avoid confusion.

Size chart: 

Every brand size chart varies from each other, hence we recommend strongly going through the size chart. cross-verify it with your measurements before placing an order.
